Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Luxembourg. The hotel was nicely appointed and good quality in general, had exceptionally helpful staff at the reception desk. The room was well-equipped, comfortable bed. The breakfast was exceptional and enjoyable, the check in was early.

The hotel is located in a rather quiet area that offers good transport links to main areas. The room is spacious and comfortable with good quality amenities such as bathrobes and slipperies. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of high-quality items, and the staff is generally friendly and professional.

The view from the room is not particularly impressive.

The Sofitel was very confortable, nicely decorated, the staff was helpful and friendly.

There are no cashpoints or shops anywhere near the hotel. You need to take a taxi to go anywhere, except the ECJ and some other official places.

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel, 4 at the absolute max. 5 star hotels have all their restaurents and bars open all the time, especially from 7pm-11pm when people want to eat, and this hotel did not have all them open, making us go to another hotel for something to eat. And We looked out onto a car park and other business buildings.

We were impressed by this hotel's cleanliness and excellent facilities. The breakfast served was top-notch, and the staff was polite and professional. Though not located in the city center, the hotel had convenient transportation options including a tram and bus service just outside the hotel which made our sightseeing easy.
